We are excited to announce that the new auction preview is now available!

 

RMSC members registered to use our club's website can now submit the items they would like to sell in the annual auction. Once you submit your item (including any photos you upload), it will appear on our website so members, friends, family, and visitors can preview the equipment and gear before auction day, December 11th, 2025.

Submitting & Posting Your Auction Items

Submitting your auction items is simple. Please gather the information listed below. Then click here or log in to the RMSC website and go to Members Resources → 2025 Equipment Auction Submission. When you open the form, you’ll be asked to enter the information below. (Items marked with ** are required and will not appear in the public preview.)

 

• Seller Name (**not displayed in Preview)

• Seller Phone Number (**not displayed in Preview)

• Seller Email Address (**not displayed in Preview)

• Make or Brand

• Model

• Size

• Made For: Men’s, Women’s, or Unisex

• Intended Age: Adult, Child, or Any Age

• Condition: New, Used – Excellent, Used – Good, or Used – Fair

• Short Description (up to 30 characters, e.g., “Skis,” “Boots,” “Parka”)

• Long Description (up to 300 characters, including spaces; please include details such as features, age, or notes about wear)

 

Seller’s Reserve

• This is the minimum amount you wish to receive, after the club’s recommended 25% donation.

• Example: If you enter a reserve of $75, the auction’s minimum bid will be $100.

  • If the winning bid is $100 or more, you receive $75 and $25 goes to the club.

  • If the winning bid is below $100, the item will be returned to you at the end of the auction.

 

Donate All Proceeds to RMSC: Yes or No

• If you choose Yes, all proceeds will go to the club.

• If you choose No, proceeds will follow the Seller’s Reserve rules above.

Please Note: Even if you select Yes, your item will only sell if the minimum bid (as explained in the Seller’s Reserve section) is met. Otherwise, it will be returned to you.

 

Photos

• You may upload up to two photos to display with your item.

 

After your item is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Your listing will be available immediately for viewing by clicking here, or by visiting the RMSC website and navigating to Meetings/Events → 2025 Equipment Auction Preview.

In your email, please copy and paste the field descriptions below and then add your auction item information to supply the information needed, please send only one Auction Item’s information per email. Option 2: Bring a Printed Form to the Auction on December 11th 

Print the attached auction information sheet fill in one for each item you wish to auction & bring with you along with the equipment & gear to the auction on 12/11/25. Please note that if you choose this option, your items will not be available for preview on the website.
