Improvement Weekend 2026 followed the previous year's format, held at Pico Mountain, VT, on January 9th - 11th 2026.

We stayed at the Clear River Inn on Rt100, around 20 mins drive from the ski area. Breakfasts were included and there was an informal Saturday evening meal with drinks at the Barn Door Lodge, complete with pool table, jacuzzi and space to hang out for the evening. ​
Accommodation/Meal cost was held at the previous year's price - $250 per person (based on double occupancy).
Non members were $275 (based on double occupancy).
Lift passes were available at a discounted rate of $110 for two days and of course there was no charge for those aged 80+ or with an IKON pass for the weekend. ​​Pico also offered discounted equipment rental for those who needed it.
