Ramapo Mountain Ski Club Juniors: Where Adventure Meets Friendship
Welcome to the Ramapo Mountain Ski Club Juniors program – where young skiers discover the thrill of the mountain, forge lasting friendships, and create unforgettable family memories! Our Junior program brings together families who share a passion for skiing, outdoor adventure, and building a vibrant community on and off the slopes.
Why Join RMSC Juniors?
🎿 Junior Weekends at Mad River Glen
Two to three times each season, families gather at our welcoming Vermont lodge for subsidized ski lessons and quality time together. The Club subsidizes instruction at MRG (one 2-hour lesson each day) for Junior members on designated Junior weekends. During these special weekends, children ages 3-4 are also welcome to stay at the lodge, making it truly inclusive for families with young adventurers. Lessons may be taken at Sugarbush if MRG doesn't offer the instruction needed (such as when MRG is closed or for snowboarding lessons).

Our program extends beyond winter! From preseason hikes in the crisp fall air to indoor ski adventures, we keep the excitement going throughout the year.

Get the season started right! Join Zenzi and RMSC Juniors for a family-friendly hike through beautiful Harriman Park. It's the perfect way to build excitement for the upcoming ski season while enjoying the fall foliage and fresh air. Open to all families – bring your enthusiasm and hiking boots!

MLK Weekend: January 17-20, 2025
Presidents Weekend: February 14-17, 2025
RMSC Lodge, Mad River Glen, VT
Our signature Junior weekends return! Enjoy subsidized lessons at Mad River Glen, cozy evenings at the lodge, and the chance to ski with friends new and old. These weekends are designed for families to relax, ski, and build community together. Children ages 3-4 are welcome at the lodge during Junior weekends.
🎨 Kids Après Hang Session

The Base Box, Mad River Glen
Calling all kids! After a day on the slopes, join us for crafts, Lego building, games, and snacks at the Base Box. We'll have activity stations set up with everything from beading to art projects – just come ready to create and make new friends. Parents can grab a beer from Stark's Pub and stick around to meet other club members and learn more about RMSC!
This casual gathering is perfect for families already skiing at MRG who want to discover what RMSC is all about.

🎵 K-Pop Demon Hunters Après Ski Kids Rave

100 Loop Road, Waitsfield, VT (RMSC Lodge)
Let the kids rave! Inspired by the wildly popular Netflix movie K-Pop Demon Hunters, we're hosting an epic dance party for kids ages 5-12. The dining room transforms into a glow-stick wonderland with the movie's catchy soundtrack pumping while kids dance, play, and celebrate friendship. Snacks provided.
Parents: This is a BYOB event – relax upstairs in the lounge while the kids burn off their energy downstairs with chaperones. It's Valentine's Day, but the real love story is watching our junior members have the time of their lives!
